As Chief Operating Officer, Ben has responsibility for Oha’s supply of Mānuka,
including our whenua (land), apiary and production operations. Ben has led the
development and implementation of Oha’s partnership strategy for key whenua
and apiary relationships for long-term success.

Ben has a longstanding governance connection with Ngāi Tahu Holdings previously
serving as a Director on the Ngāi Tahu Seafood Board, and as part of the Manawa
Nui (Associate Governor) programme served on the Ngāi Tahu Seafood and
Ngāi Tahu Property Boards. Ben has deep operational leadership experience with
organisations focussed on sustainability and Maori economic development.
